CANCELED WCAG 4 March 2010

I hate to do this, but think we should cancel the WCAG meeting for
today. There was nothing that I knew of ready for survey, and don't
think it will be useful to have a meeting without preprep, particularly
since the chairs are absent.

I'd like to ask people to take the time to work on a few issues to prep
us for a meeting next week. There are a number of public comments in the
bugzilla database that could use proposals:

There are also a lot of techniques in various stages of development,
though these may be mainly for a subset of the group. The "in
