excellent write up, thanks!  I actually went to some of the pages that you 
referenced to "see" the issues in context. 

What is really eye opening is that you were not able to discern the 
references for the "more" links on the  W3C page.  The first "more" link 
on the W3C member page is actually an in-page link and the context is to 
the "Newsletter" link which precedes it.  This more link brings you to a 
section of the page with the heading, "Recent W3C News Services, TAG and 
AB Summaries." The next "more" link is also an in page link associated 
with the previous link of Submissions.  It takes you to the heading, "
Member Submissions."
