caption addition

The caption definition is already modified.   But per David lets add the
following as a note on the definition

NOTE: "Closed captioning" refers to captions that can be turned on or off
(shown or hidden) by the user.  "Open captions", in contrast, refers to
captions that are an integral part of a video image and cannot be turned off
by anyone.
