Commercial use of HTML5 logo

Hi,


I wanted to ask about commercial use of the HTML5 logo. The company I edit for, BarCharts, creates 6-page laminated study guides on a variety of subjects (seewww.barcharts.com<http://www.barcharts.com/>). Currently we are working on a study guide for HTML5, and I would like to confirm that it’s OK to use the HTML5 logo on the product.
