... and for details, I suggest to have language and joining-behavior of characters in the tables

r12a: in JLReq work, characters are pointed out for behaving differently in justification, etc

mostafa: I was thinking about these tables to be used by type designer or software engineers as a reference for what characters to support

Shervin: it's not possible to have these tables work as an exhaustive list of characters for a type designer
... re r12a's comment, it was not possible for the Japanese document to have an exhaustive list of characters, but we can do so for Arabic script

r12a: The Japanese TF felt the need of having a table for the characters afterward, when working on justification
