<samliu> http://www.yfshoes.com/TEST/maxcms/video_detail.html

<xiaoqian> scribe: xiaoqian

samliu: let the user aware that they can continue scrolling by a negative number
... even when they reach the bottom
... so we want a new event with a different name

xidorn: I proposed to the CSS WG that we should have @@
... so that we can report the boundary to the develop
... scroll out should be native attr

rniwa: What's different between boundary and viewport?

xidorn: not relevant, just to mention that :)

<xidorn> https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-style/2015Oct/0180.html

samliu: our proposed events "pullstart" "pullend" "pullmove" "pullcancel"
... which returns the position information similar to a touch

hax: the property of this event should be carefully designejd

@@: in Safari, no way to pull down webview

scribe: another model is to fake an event, we already fire an event, no value here

rniwa: in houdini, it's possible to show content out viewport

<xidorn> https://drafts.css-houdini.org/css-scroll-api/

xidorn: houdini has a session about scrolling

rniwa: we need figure out how to show the UI out of boundary
... not sure it works with the native code

myles: This is definitely those things houdini is aimed to solve

[introduction about houdini]

Advancing Web Platform Application CG

resolved: Goal 1) create a benchmark from the large Chinese Applications(Baidu, Tencent, Alibaba) to provide a reference to evaluate the performance of the browser

resolved: Goal 2) Create a subset for those test cases within the current web-platform-test HTML5 test suite that have 2+ implementations and identify the corresponding web features, to provide a reference to Web Developers as stable HTML5 features

<Jinjiang> http://w3c-html-ig-zh.github.io/css-will-change/

jinjiang: How about we start a project to collect CanIUse information of Chinese browser vendors?
