State:
CLOSED
Product:

Description:
According to requirement 2.6.11 which was approved on

SHACL spec should contain a way to signal that a shape is closed and it should define its semantics and how it interacts with other constructs of the language.

Note that closed shapes also interact with inverse triple constraints in the sense that the spec should clarify if they allow/disallow extra incoming arcs as well as extra outgoing arcs.

The SHACL spec must describe the solution to closed shapes in more detail and its interaction with other features.
