ACTION items due by Thursday, February 13

rubys: none

Decisions this week

rubys: publish EME heartbeat doc

see-> http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-html-admin/2014Feb/0035.html

rubys: spawned a number of off topic discussions

Task Force Reports

SUBTOPIC: Testing Task Force

Not too much to report

Though as a goal I'd like to get and keep the pull requests to zero or close

<plh> http://www.w3.org/html/wg/tests-cr-exit/index.html

https://github.com/w3c/web-platform-tests/issues?labels=2dcontext

Has one

And HTML has 39 open

https://github.com/w3c/web-platform-tests/issues?labels=html

plh: The overview of testing has been updated so that we have more 'green' which is good

Section 5 is missing tests

plh: Opera has published a bunch of presto tests that should have tests for section 5

<plh> https://github.com/operasoftware/presto-testo/

plh The task would be to go and harvest tests from this repro for section 5 and potentially other parts of the spec

krisk: Excellent!

SUBTOPIC: Accessibility Task Force

janina: About a week ago an object occured due to hit regions that would block CR
... Though a proto-type exists which will be discussed at the upcomming Monday meeting
... No objects for focus-ring, but Mozilla wants hit testing to be part of the L1 spec.
... We are looking to port from 5.1 to 5.0 image alt text work
... This has been our intention for a long time and will be looking for help with paul/chairs on how to help get this done.
... Long-desc bug review continues, very little for 5.0 but a number for 5.1

rubys: any questions?

ruby: none

SUBTOPIC: Media Task Force

Normally this is paul but he is (oof)

plh: we have 22 open bugs that are being worked on
... not sure about the status of MSE

Other Business

rubys: Outstanding CR bugs - remains around 9

see-> http://tinyurl.com/le59ctq

Canvas Last Call and Canvas L2 heartbeat (janina covered this already)

see-> http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-html-a11y/2014Feb/0001.html

Spring F2F meeting, PLH

<plh> https://www.w3.org/wiki/HTML/wg/2014-04-Agenda#HTML_Working_Group_2014_April_Meeting

plh: thanks to Daniel we have space to meet
... Page includes link on how to register
... Page also contains list of items to discuss
... Please add if needed

ruby: plh can you send a email to the list(s)?

plh: sure!
... webapps already has created a page as well (just needs registration)

rubys: any other business to discuss?

ruby: scribe?

krisk I can scribe

<Eliot> Bon voyage!

rubys: no more items to discuss, so meeting adjourned
