Greece

PSI Policy, Main Framework: Law 4305/2014 integrating the 2013/37/EU Directive on the re-use of public sector information

2015 Annual report on the open data policy implementation, submitted by the Minister of Interior and Administrative Reconstruction to the Greek Parliament

Elements included: For the effective and succesful implementation of the open data policy, the Ministry of Interior and Administrative Reconstruction adopted a series of actions to diffuse the policy and spread the obligations deriving from the legal framework.
