Main agenda
- Adjusting to WebEx :)
- Next F2F meeting — quick recap on the planning and agenda.
- Vote do we want to extend DCAT (which will have to go through the W3C rec track)? Or should our vocabularies stand independently of DCAT
- at this point, open comments should be resolved and the commenters should be emailed
- Data Quality: discuss/resolve remaining issues for the working group
- Notes from Phil on future timing/tasks:
- Mobile Best Practices
- Implementation report
- Next milestone for BP Doc is Canndidate Recommendation (see Process Document)
- Allow time to collect implementation reports. WG chartred until July 2016, so suggest Christmas is deadline for CR of BP Doc.
- NB. Share-PSI project is doing similar thing and is a source of help elements, Best Practices
- Notes (the vocabularies) do not have the same strict procedure. However, we should show usage (or what's the point?)
- Suggest that next iteration of all 3 docs should be written following the September F2F.MUST include change log from current versions
The IRC Bots
W3C Telecon Resources: Zakim instructions in English Basic instructions in Portuguese
To start the meeting, check that trackbot is in the IRC channel (it usually is). If not, type:
/invite trackbot
Then you can type:
trackbot, start meeting
That should invite zakim and RRSAgent and generally get things ready to go. If it fails for any reason, you'll need to do things manually that trackbot does automatically. At the start of the meeting check that the following bots are running in IRC:
- RRSAgent [documentation]
- Zakim [documentation]
- Trackbot [documentation]
If any are not in the room, type /invite
and then the name of the bot
Remember that the zakim bot is not tied to the WebEx audio so it no longer automatically records who is present, can't tell you who is noisy, can't mute people etc.
If you had to invite RRSAgent manually, during the meeting you need to set the access permissions on the chat log with this command:
RRSAgent, make logs public
Everything else is automatic since we use CommonScribe
