Steven: More evangelization should be done about headers that say in which language content is.
dF: There is community group
dealing with such issues.

??: In some browsers it's not possible to configure more then one language, or default is "en".
scribe: because of this websites provide their means for switching and memorizing chosen language
??: Are the bugs reported? If no, then they are not going to be fixed.
dF: Most CMS are not designed to support l10n from the scratch.
Felix: This is why we are making outreach to various communities.
DavidLewis: I18N in JS is quite
hot topic.

??: ECMA is working on I18N API for EcmaScript.
scribe: Ecmascript doesn't have IO functions, so dealing with resources is currently out of scope. But it might be in the next version.
