... can we renumber them and then have a note referring back to them?

... if "presentation" is not the first role, the element would already have been excluded by the rules in the new section 5.1.1

CS: but what about elements where the first role is not "presentation" and is not mappable - don't we want to treat these as "presentation"?

DB: maybe "presentation" is a special role and cannot be used with other roles

CS: maybe need some instructions to ATs
