Express inverse relationships in Provenance Model as well as ontology

Description:
At [1] prov-o team agreed to maintain a separate file naming all useful inverses.

This will be mentioned in an appendix of prov-o html.

We will name the inverse using an annotation property, and generate the inverse names directly from these annotations.


Inverses were being kept at http://dvcs.w3.org/hg/prov/file/tip/ontology/components/inverses.ttl
