Erik: +1 from Silvia on the mailing list

<silvia> I'm supportive, too :-) indeed

Erik: Philip asked what are the interoperable implementations of #xywh
... if we look at the implementation reports, this is clear

<Yves> I wonder about recipes vs adjuncts as a name, but that's pretty minor (as we stuff more things that the network related recipes)

Raphael: there is also a clear usage plan from the CSS/SVG community
... I agree with that Yves, and more because there will be more dimensions in this document, thus my proposal to named it "advanced"
... we can discuss about the short name

http://www.w3.org/2008/WebVideo/Fragments/WD-media-fragments-impl/

<Yves> in a way, SMPTE and clock _could_ be kept in the first one (as flavours of 'time' dimension), but ok to move them to advanced

Erik: 2 implementations from the report, js implementation from Thomas and Ninsuna from IBBT

<tomayac> i would push them to advanced, and only keep npt, too

Raphael: there is also an implementation, although not tested, from the Europeana community

<Yves> xywh should be kept, IMHO

<erik> +1 to Yves (from both Davy & Erik)

Philip: (from the mailing list) I have questioned the validity of a polyphil (the mediafragment.js) implementation as a valid one we should consider

<tomayac> +1 for keeping xywh from my side, too

Erik: everybody except Philip clearly votes for considering that #xywh has sufficient support and implementations

ACTION-249?

<trackbot> ACTION-248 Write a mail with our timeline to check approval with Philippe closed

Erik: Philip indicates in an email that he supports the transition to PR in early January given the recent progress of the working group
... Philip also asked to do the PR request on the 2nd / 3rd January
... and have the transition call on January 8-9

Yves: yep

<tomayac> +1 for the suggested timeline

<erik> ok for Erik too

ok for me

<silvia> ok for me

... to match the 2 new documents

... no implementation report yet
... I will continue to chase them
