... Mark also suggested a new paragraph to explain extent (or not) of JMS interoperability

CXF announcement - 2.3 was released yesterday and includes SOAP/JMS support

CXF are up to date with all the mandatory spec changes

CXF have therefore provided the open source test suite that can be used by other implementations
