WG agrees that the overall motivation is to expose RDF on the Web, stemming from a relational DB
MacTed: we have structured data
in the SQL
... we have out there, on the Web a lot of unstructured data
such as HTML, PDF, etc
... boils down to motivate 'why do I want to have RDF (out of
RDB)'
