Richard has become the editor for the CSS3 Ruby module - he doesn't expect to be able to take this through a new CR alone, but hopes to be able to move it forward a little - he already has a draft that is nearly ready for upload to replace current editor's draft; it contains change marks for all significant changes, but also moves the document back to WD (from CR); it also contains editor's notes about issues, questions, etc.
richard has sent some feedback to the DOM folks proposing clarifications related to character value values (one of the key value values) - waiting for resolution of that before sending other comments
