Tom: folding and unfolding works well

Michael: maybe indenting will make it clearer
... also put folding options on the left hand side

Wilco: looked really bad and made it more confusing
... and indenting also makes more complicated
... and takes away width

Wilco: worried that it becomes more complex
... especially the width of the table

Tom: when one "expands" text the style changes

Tom: term "sufficient techniques" is misleading for failures

Michael: prefer +/- icons rather than arrows
... should look at examples
