Charles: reports on tpac. People seem to like "data as api".
... auto-update of gui is nice, plus canonical data format
... ubiquity also liked.
... no plugins also good.
... question about whether we really need open model from browser people.
... question for us: how do we keep momentum?

jack: how about minutes?

charles: went out to chairs, ac members. will forward.

<CharlieWiecha> http://www.w3.org/2008/10/22-tp-minutes.html

charles: panel on wednesday was nice. Rough consensus in room: good direction
... so far, we've looked across namespaces. How about real rich apps?
... kevin did nice work on svg/xforms integration.
... Burbeck also has map app with svg.
... Need to show people our pltform is valid.

jack: use internet data.

kevin: map is powerful. Saw app where people used data upon google map to avoid pirates.

all: discussing mashups.

kevin: miss datamodel

jack: show something on desktop, mobile, accessible?

charlie: I can put in some work, have to do it anyway.
... I need to sell xforms as competitor to silverline etc, not only forms lib
... let's think about apps over the week.
... new point: end of or charter
... Need to think about deliverables.
... w3c already has framework for web apps, we should make them realise this.
