Every visitor must have a badge to enter the SRI campus. We need information on your name and country/residence to prepare for the badges. Please let us know that using the registration page.

The workshop organizer will provide the following facilities for the workshop discussion at the meeting room.
The workshop program will run from 8:45 am to 5:30 pm on Thursday, 5 March and from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on Friday, 6 March.
San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is the closest airport, but San Jose International Airport (SJC) is not very far. SRI Menlo Park is accessible via public transit.
Note. All visitors are required to enter at Building A, the main visitor's entrance.
For those who drive to SRI, there is ample visitor parking at SRI. Driving directions are available.
There are quite a few hotels, but no one is really nearby (closest is a mile's walk). Please directly contact the hotels to make your reservation by calling them or visiting their Web sites (numbers/URIs available below).
Note. You can request the SRI rate for your stay by letting them know you are an attendee of a workshop held at SRI.

All international visitors to the US will need either a VISA or "ESTA" approval obtained ahead-of-time over the Web as since 12 January 2009. People will not be allowed on the plane without one or the other.
You can submit your application for ESTA by visiting the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) Web Site.
