The text that needs to go in is:

"If a Web User Agent permits the used to administratively reconfigure
the primary user interface in such a way as to suppress any of the
displays required by this specification, it MUST provide a simple
administrative mechanism, such as a single button in a configuration
menu, to reset the display to be in conformance with this
specification."
