<dorchard> sorry folks, I'm having to make another phone call, it was supposed to be short but it's not :-(
Asir tagged the files that were used to build the first publication as Working-Draft-31-July-2006
<prasad> Asir tagged entire policy directory with the above tag
<scribe> ACTION: Maryann to propose wording for http://www.w3.org/2006/07/13-ws-policy-minutes.html#action10 [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2006/07/27-ws-policy-minutes.html#action03]
[See http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-ws-policy/2006Jul/0081.html]
http://www.w3.org/2006/07/12-ws-policy-minutes.html#action02 is conversion to XML Spec - this is a background task
Action 17 and 18 are about examples
<scribe> ACTION: Asir to own http://www.w3.org/2006/07/12-ws-policy-minutes.html#action17 - Better location for the example (framework) [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2006/07/27-ws-policy-minutes.html#action04]
<scribe> ACTION: Asir to own http://www.w3.org/2006/07/12-ws-policy-minutes.html#action18 - editors to also consider the style of example, maybe simpler to more complex. Also editors to consider making it more comprehensive, at least adding back in ALL (framework) [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2006/07/27-ws-policy-minutes.html#action05]
<scribe> ACTION: Dave to own http://www.w3.org/2006/07/12-ws-policy-minutes.html#action15 (terminology) [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2006/07/27-ws-policy-minutes.html#action06]

<scribe> ACTION: Dave to own http://www.w3.org/2006/07/13-ws-policy-minutes.html#action06 (terminology) [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2006/07/27-ws-policy-minutes.html#action08]

[discussing various options here]
<scribe> ACTION: Prasad to own http://www.w3.org/2006/07/13-ws-policy-minutes.html#action20 (Information Set Terminology) [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2006/07/27-ws-policy-minutes.html#action09]
<prasad> Asir clarifies that Action#20 above is to find all info set terms in both docs and highlight them uniformly
<scribe> ACTION: Maryann to propose wording for http://www.w3.org/2006/07/13-ws-policy-minutes.html#action15 - define domain and domain expression [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2006/07/27-ws-policy-minutes.html#action10]
<scribe> ACTION: Dave to own http://www.w3.org/2006/07/13-ws-policy-minutes.html#action27 - Usage of italicized words in framework and attachment documents [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2006/07/27-ws-policy-minutes.html#action11]
changelog.xml is noisy and comprehensive. changelog.xml automatically documents all the changes within /2006/ws/policy. changelog.xml does not capture hyperlinks to actions, minutes and e-mail threads.
Descriptive change log in the last section of the framework and attachment documents can capture just enough data for the readers.
Asir: I suggest that editors continue to maintain this log.
RESOLUTION: Editors to maintain a descriptive change log in the last section of WS-Policy and WS-PolicyAttachment specifications.
Asir: need special software to run these checks. Felix volunteered to run these checkers often
RESOLUTION: Felix to periodically build the TR version of specs, run pubrules and link checkers and send out the list of errors to the mailing list.
RESOLUTION: Editors to meet F2F in Redmond on Sept 14 from 3-6 PM PST
<scribe> ACTION: Asir to contact Dave and Toufic re editors' F2F [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2006/07/27-ws-policy-minutes.html#action12]
<scribe> ACTION: Asir to arrange the Redmond Editors' F2F [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2006/07/27-ws-policy-minutes.html#action13]
