Resolution: The purpose of this technique is to define how to use structural markup in HTML to group sets of links. The links to be grouped are defined by the success criterion, that is, groups of links that are repeated on multiple pages. We have modified the test procedure so that it no longer requires identifying why the links are being grouped, but just checks for appropriate grouping markup.
