Example 6: Add another alt text example "Shaking a world leader's hand can subtly affect the distribution of power in the relationship" and "Shaking hands is a purely Western artifice"; Related issues: (space separated ids); WG Notes: [TEAMC] [ ] The suggested alternatives seem to represent opinions rather than providing alternative text for the situation described in the example. While the second alternative may be fact, it isn't an acceptable alternative to the photo described. Discussed in the 31 August 2006 telecon: resolution: accept LC-1075 as amended with to add this example " On one page a checkmark is used to indicate that an item should be ordered and and another page it is used to indicate that a step has been completed. While the second alternative may be true, it does not sufficiently describe the image. We have not updated the example with these additional alternatives. Instead, we are including the following example: On one page a checkmark is used to indicate that an item should be ordered and and on another page it is used to indicate that a step has been completed.
