- There will be no cancellation fee for rooms released before 6 February 2006. For later cancellations or no-show, the deposit will be non refundable even should extraordinary circumstances arise.

- Cut off date for W3C block booking is the 6 February 2006. From 7 February 2006 onwards, guest rooms and the room negotiated rate will be offered subject to availability.
