By the rules of XML, an RSS application may NOT interpret the RDF in the example.

• The semantics of rss:channel are defined by vc:vCard root element.
• The DTD or schema for vCard will not have a place for the rss:channel element
  OR, it will not define the relationship to that element.
• A program or XSLT stylesheet or XQuery trying to use the RSS data would have to know about the specific combination of vCard and RSS.
