Optional Extensions and WSDL 2.0 Processors

Q: SHOULD or MUST ignore unknown optional extensions?
A: Depends on the purpose of the processor:

Processor designed to check for possible mistakes should NOT ignore (i.e., WSDL "lint")
Processor that can't easily report errors MUST ignore
