Administrivia

Jacek: due to US daylight savings time, next calls will be an hour later in US
... hope to be able to go Rec at same time as WSDL
... Please supply resources for our W3C page

issue 33

Jacek: Precond and effects material has been put in Usage Guide

John: SWRL example is long and unreadable. Can it be in a better format?

Jacek: Can have both, can get previous abstract representation from CVS

John: will send e-mail on readable version.

Jacek: Some problems in WSMO syntax

BNS: agree, will fix.

Tomas: should also clarify namespaces

John: What is o#package?

Jacek: hash instead of colon is a WSMO convention

BNS: Will make a more usable namespace name

Policy, incl. issue 32

Jacek: Karthic has proposed some text, but will have to wait until he is here to discuss it

Ajith: It was for Semantics of non-functional aspects of the services. Should be done in a different way.
... shouldn't be a modelReference

Jacek: Could be a modelReference on service since it is not forbidden
... Not a real clean separation, but that is the WSDL distinction between service and interface
... non-functional annotations should be on service
... could also be done using policy, but shouldn't preclude modelReference for non-functional semantics

John: We can send a word document around and then can send to WS-Policy group.

Jacek: Yes (hopefully as PDF), we could discuss and then suggest to policy group.

Test Suite

Joel: So this is to see how tools use particular 2.0 and 1.1 wsdl

Jacek: Want to see if parsers can interpret these files.
... I made the WSDL as specific as possible, single annotation.

Ajith: WSDL 1.1 files should be that way

Jacek: Ajith, please check and let me know.
... Also included a unannotated WSDL
... Meeting ends
