2008-12-01 19:49:41: this issue is addressed to my satisfaction. The TAG
made a few relevant decisions (in particular, to approve
the finding) but none specifically to close this issue.
Status was unclear when we checked on 2006/07/25

I'm updating the status to pending review; I suppose we should
announce the decision(s) that we have made and solicit feedback,
esp from Mark Baker and the (heirs of?) the XMLP WG.
