     • Seeking to publish/promote as a correct interpretations of the intention of the TAG's httpRange-14 resolution.
     • Asked for corrections and endorsement.

6. Issue xmlFunctions-34 and Elaborated Infoset (carried over from F2F)
   • Agree the scope of the issue.
     • Our previous discussion in Boston foundered on topics such a "quoting" (early/late evaluation) and whether expression in the form of Infoset manipulation served as adequate proxy for the 'meaning' of an elaborated document.
