Goals of the workshop

NOTE: THIS IS A DRAFT! The Workshop is not yet confirmed (although we have a room booked) --danbri@w3.org

The goals of this workshop are to:

1. Bring together existing and new developers working on interoperability between RDF-based and Topic Map-based datasets, applications, systems and services.
2. Explore ways of exposing RDF vocabularies (including OWL ontologies) within Topic Maps environment (and vice-versa)
3. Encourage practical, test-case led framework for cross-technology interoperability
4. Discuss implementation lessons learnt.
5. Share this information to the wider community.

Potential Outcomes

• An updated overview of the current states of RDF/TM interop.

This is a ??free?? workshop intended primarily for developers. (@@confirm situation w.r.t. XML Europe registration needed@@) The number of attendees at the workshop is limited; @@details (room size ~80). The deadline for position papers is @@TBA.

This is a public workshop. The accepted position papers are also public. Speaker slides will also be available at the web site after the workshop. There will not be a printed proceedings but a public set of minutes and report will be made available after the workshop.
