[Bug 16] Trailing slash required in collection names?

http://ietf.cse.ucsc.edu:8080/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=16

------- Additional Comments From lisa@osafoundation.org 2005-11-25 10:38 -------
Proposed in conf call:

Wherever a server produces a URL referring to a collection, the
server SHOULD include the trailing slash. In general clients SHOULD
use the "/" form of collection names.

If clients do not use traliing slash the client be prepared to see redirect.
Clients will find DAV:resourcetype a more reliable way of finding out if a
resource is a collection.
