Re: FInalizing the HNTF requirement document

This is now merged as well, see the latest editor draft

I don't expect any other change so I would ask people to check the  
document and raise objections in a timely manner if there is something  
they cannot live with.

Note that I also removed some of the high level requirements "Content  
Players Discovery" since it is implicitly included in the more generic  
"service discovery"
