Re: FInalizing the HNTF requirement document

Russell, Matt,

I'm fine adding both contribution as far as no major objections are raised  
by other participants.
Given that we are late in the process, I'll probably not be able to  
include this before TPAC but I really want to set a deadline for the week  
after TPAC to include these last 2 contributions and close the document.

Once closed, I'll generate an HTML version of it and add a link to it from  
our web page. Of course the document will be shared with the DAP group  
and/or any other relevant group as a starting point for the technical  
discussion.
