rob-metalinkage has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/dxwg: == Collate existing practice in use of dct:conformsTo with DCAT == The target for dct:conformsTo is an identifier for a specification. In attempting to implement DCAT (and PROF) establishing canonical URIs for a range of well known specifications is not trivial.
