The part in the spec that deals with [four-directional shorthand properties](https://drafts.csswg.org/css-logical/#logical-shorthand-keyword) leaves out `border-radius`

I've seen the [CSSWG resolution about logical border-raduis], but as far as I understand it only covers longhead properties. 

I think `border-radius` should be included in the shorthand spec, same way as its longhand values.
