iherman has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/web-annotation: == Can I refine a state via a selector? == At the moment, selectors and states can be both refined with another selector and a state, respectively. There is no word whether I can (or cannot) mix these two. Proposal: 1. It is possible to use `refine` on a State but referring to a Selector. Ie, I apply, say, a fragment id on a resource that I retrieved with a specific time stamp 2. It is not allowed to use a refine via a state on a selector. (I would not know exactly what that means...)
