[presentation-api] Think more about privacy implications in multi-user scenarios

tidoust has just created a new issue for
https://github.com/w3c/presentation-api:

== Think more about privacy implications in multi-user scenarios ==
The issue was raised during last Privacy INterest Group (PING) call,
that @mfoltzgoogle and myself attended on behalf of the Second Screen
WG.

The group should review multi-user scenarios as there may be privacy
implications that could warrant adding implementation guidelines to
the spec. In particular, through the Presentation API, a given user
may switch from a mode where she is the only person in control of a
device to a mode where she has to share the control with others:

* The receiver device may be a "shared" device that accepts user
inputs. The user of that shared device should know when someone else
takes control of the device, or is under the control of another
device.
* Similarly, when a second controller joins a presentation session,
the first controller loses its exclusive relationship with the second
screen and should probably be alerted.

There may be other aspects to review.
