3.1.5 Reading Level: When text requires reading ability more advanced than the lower secondary education level WCAG Guide 2.0 still does not allow for content for a specific audience, especially University level. Every university level page in the world will fail testing! Not every page is intended for a lower secondary school audience This is dumbing down the web, promoting language keywords that search engines like. Tell Shakespeare he uses too many unusual words.
