RE: I18N-ACTION-539: Write an email objecting to lack of i18n review and review coordination and pointing out that there are issues that should be addressed

The spec in question is Data on the Web Best Practices (DWBP).

I agree that we don't always capture full context in our actions and, as the scribe, will try to do better.
