RE: [ISSUE-34] Localization Quality

Hi Phil, all,

"Quality Précis" may get a few non-native English speakers scratching their head a bit, but I'm not against.

If we go for the accent in the attributes names (qualityPrécisScore, qualityPrécisProfileRef, etc.) we may even set a first in using non-ASCII characters in a W3C recommendation :)
I wonder how that would be received.

BTW: any comments on the standoff notation anyone?

How about calling "Localisation Quality Profile/Score", "Quality Précis"?

+1 to the application of the data categories to source and target.
