RE: [ACTION-188] closed (Make query language attribute related edits)

Thanks for the text Jirka.

A few notes:

-- In "selector MUST use a RelativeLocationPath", "RelativeLocationPath" is not a link, while we have links for "AbsoluteLocationPath" in other places.

-- externalResourceRefPointer and targetPointer are missing in the list of "pointing" attributes.

Cheers,
-ys

Subject: [ACTION-188] closed (Make query language attribute related edits)

Hi all,

I have substantially changed spec in parts related to XPath and selectors in order to have support for multiple query languages.

Many changes (like removing refernces to XPath location paths) are spread across whole document, the most relevant new section is

http://www.w3.org/International/multilingualweb/lt/drafts/its20/its20.html#selectors

Any comments welcomed.

    Jirka

BTW, in ITS 1.0 there was wrong definition -- all selectors using union like selector="//para | //title" were not conforming to our spec. But in this case it was spec error. I have lifted this limitation in ITS 2.0 to make such examples conforming.
