RE: ISSUE-29: Define user agent in wsc-usecases

Hi Luis,

Since the definition is a reference, I'd prefer to not come up with our
own change, but use one that's been agreed to already.

I do see your point about how strange that line is. Does anyone know if
the WAI folks noticed this problem, and have a better definition
somewhere?

RE: ISSUE-29: Define user agent in wsc-usecases

Mobile phones and multimedia players are devices, that may or may not
include a user agent.

What about changing to " ... mobile phone broswers, multimedia player
browsers, ... " resulting in:

"A user agent is software to access Web content, including desktop
graphical browsers, text browsers, voice browsers, mobile phone
browsers, multimedia player browsers, plug-ins, and some software
assistive technologies used ..... "

Add to section 4.2 the definition from our glossary we are using for
user
agent:

A user agent is software to access Web content, including desktop
graphical browsers, text browsers, voice browsers, mobile phones,
multimedia players, plug-ins, and some software assistive technologies
used in conjunction with browsers such as screen readers, screen
magnifiers, and voice recognition software. [See W3C Web Content
