Draft regulatory technical standards on strong consumer authentication for payments

I took an action to circulate this URL in our call today.

The European Banking Authority has produced draft technical standards  on strong customer authentication which they are now consulting on . You can find them here. It's quite a tough read but there appear at this stage to be some pretty significant implications including segregation of initiating and authenticating payments.
