i am wondering whether the URIs used in section 4.1.9 indeed identify the XSD simple data types they are intended to define. i guess the problem is that XSD is not defined as a RDF vocabulary, so strictly speaking there are no URIs that indeed identify the simple types. is there some vocabulary somebody has defined (which then probably should be referenced), or if not, is it the community consensus to use these URIs to refer to XSD simple types? how would that work for datatypes defined in user-supplied schemas, is there a way how those usually are defined as RDF vocabularies and then have URIs that can be used?
