The specification provides example for local Directionality markup in HTML.
But, while the example looks OK, the values for HTML5 dir are ltr|rtl|auto not rtl|ltr|rlo|lro.

We need, at least a note to explain this.

This also breaks the pattern we have that native markup like xml:lang, lang, xml:space have the exact same semantics as the corresponding ITS data categories.
