I18N-ISSUE-115: Should Document.charset and Document.characterSet be harmonized? [HTML5-prep] http://www.w3.org/International/track/issues/115 Raised by: Addison Phillips On product: HTML5-prep 3.1.3 Resource metadata management http://www.w3.org/TR/html5/dom.html#resource-metadata-management Document.charset and Document.characterSet appear to be the same thing, although charset has some additional capabilities and restrictions. Should these be harmonized? (Is 'characterSet' new? If so, we'd probably prefer to see "encoding" used instead)
