[HTML5-prep] http://www.w3.org/International/track/issues/111 Raised by: Addison Phillips On product: HTML5-prep 3.1.3 Resource metadata management http://www.w3.org/TR/html5/dom.html#resource-metadata-management The 'lastModified' value uses the "MM/DD/YYYY hh:mm:ss" format. It's not clear if this is done for historical/compatibility reasons (it is, isn't it?) and there should be a reference to why this particular format is wanted.
