The description of the coordinates for feImage are a bit confusing. In particular it is not obvious that the default filter primitive subregion is the filter region and not the object bounding box. It is also not completely obvious that when percentages are used they apply to the viewport when primitiveUnits has the value "userSpaceOnUse".
