Hi Ghislain, Thank you for your use-case BBC [http://w3c.github.io/dwbp/usecasesv1.html#UC-BBC] and the proposed new requirement(s) for R-VersionURIDesign. I have created the issue below for this. I suggest for now we bear it in mind while developing the BP Doc and see where it is a natural fit. We can thereafter discuss it in detail for the next Public Working Draft of the BP Doc?
